When you buy products from China Parts Canada you have a choice of the shipping method that you would like to use. Canada Post, and UPS are calculated for you at the time you go through the checkout and you can choose the type of shipping you prefer at that time.

We accept returns up to 21 days after your purchase. If the part is defective we will replace it, if it ends up being the wrong part but we have shipped what you ordered, you will be able to return the part at your cost and we will refund the product purchase price only. Shipping is not refundable on this type of return.

If we ever make a mistake on your order, we will fix it.
